lawyer applicant is hired and reports to work.

the opportunity to post or advertise legal positions on the internet directly-
without having to telephone and speak to a legal recruiting agency. Attorney
Searching .com provides a shortened, yet more detailed and secured informational
link to qualified applicants than offered by traditional engagements with the
recruiting profession.
The service offers employers of legal personnel the power to control the content
of a legal job description. Attorney Searching .com is free to all lawyers,
both permanent and temporary, who are seeking new employment. Employers of legal
personnel who advertise on this website may do so at no "up front" cost. There
is no limit to the number of job postings- and all resumes resulting from the
advertisements will be sent to Transtel Communications, Inc., which with the
benefit of twenty some legal recruiting firms nationally, all N.A.L.S.C. or
N.A.L.S.C. equivalent firms, will be screened and qualified candidates interviewed.
Only appropriate resumes will be sent to the advertising employer of legal personnel
with the prior consent and approval of the employer. All fees are employer paid,
and by agreement between Attorney Searching .com and the advertising employer
prior to the mutually consented submission of qualified resumes. All contingent
